Returns

611Armory items can be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. 

Instructions: Please pack the items you're returning. We will email you a return label. Print your return label and attach it to the package. Drop the package with the carrier identified on the label.

If a refund is requested, you will receive a refund, minus shipping costs, to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an unwashed, undamaged, and unworn item, please contact us.

Refund Policy

In order to receive a refund, return the items according to the instructions detailed in the Returns section above. We offer refunds for unwashed, undamaged, and unworn items, returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will issue a refund for returned items within 2-5 business days from the date we receive your return. You should expect to receive your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 days from the date we process your return.
